Welcome to The Arsenal Women Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer, where Season Ticket Holders and Home Advantage Pack owners who are unable to attend a game can sell or transfer their tickets to fellow Arsenal Members.
Ticket Exchange
New for the 2023/24 season, Season Ticket Holders and Home Advantage Pack members, will have the ability to sell tickets on the club’s Ticket Exchange. This service offers Members further flexibility should they not be able to attend a game and provides a secure and convenient platform to resell further tickets to fellow Arsenal supporters.
Season Ticket Holders and Home Advantage Pack members who are unable to attend a game at the Emirates can make their ticket available on the Ticket Exchange once the lower tier is sold out and the fixture has been confirmed by broadcast (subject to restrictions). Ticket Exchange will be open until one week before the game, and once ticket exchange has shut, all Season Ticket Holders and Home Advantage Pack members who have not sold their ticket on the exchange will be sent a PDF ticket.
When a supporter's ticket sells on the exchange they will receive an email informing them and the credit for the ticket sales will appear in the Member’s Cashback account, and funds can be withdrawn throughout the season using the Cashback service during the monthly windows. Ticket Transfer
Ticket Transfer gives Season Ticket Holders and Home Advantage Pack members the ability to electronically transfer your ticket to friends & family within your Network. You are able to transfer a ticket to anyone who is in the same price class (e.g. a senior ticket can only be transferred to someone who is over 65), the recipient just needs to have a free Online Box Office Account. Supporters can register for an account here.

Disability Access
Disability Access Season Ticket Holders and Home Advantage Pack purchasers who wish to list their tickets on our Ticket Exchange or you would like to transfer your tickets to friends or family members for both Emirates Stadium and Meadow Park matches can do so by clicking here.
seat utilisation
During the 2023/24 season, Season Ticket Holder's and Home Advantage Pack member's ticket needs to be utilised at a minimum number of games to ensure they are eligible to renew for the following season.
- Season Ticket Holders must utilise their seat for 7 of the 13 home games that are included in your season ticket
- Home Advantage Pack members must utulise their seat for 3 of the 5 Emirates Stadium games included in their pack
WHAT IS SEAT UTILISATION?
A seat is considered ‘utilised’ if you have either:
- Attended yourself
- Used the Ticket Transfer service to transfer your ticket(s) – provided the recipient(s) attends the fixture
- Posted your ticket(s) on Ticket Exchange - regardless of whether it’s purchased
