Ticket Exchange

In the event that a Member is unable to attend a match they were successful in the ballot for, and that match has sold out, they will have the option to post their ticket on our Ticket Exchange platform. This way, other fans can purchase the ticket and enjoy the match.
Ticket Exchange will close 3hrs prior to the match.
Starting from the Liverpool Premier League ballot on 15 December 2023, Ticket Exchange access will initially be limited to members who were unsuccessful in the ballot. These unsuccessful members will be given the chance to purchase tickets via Ticket Exchange during their set Membership sales period once data checks have been put in place to ensure that genuine members are correctly given access to Ticket Exchange. The Exchange may open to other members ahead of the game; this will be communicated on a match-by-match basis via the relevant ticket information page. Can Red Members enter the Family Enclosure ballot for a chance to secure a ticket with a Junior Gunner?

Red Members will not be eligible to enter the Family Enclosure ballot. However, there will be a separate ‘Red Adult and Junior Gunner’ ballot where Red Adults can register to be balloted with a Junior Gunner for a chance to access a limited number of concessionary Junior tickets within the Family Enclosure. Full details on this will be advertised on the relevant ticket information pages on arsenal.com/tickets.

If unsuccessful in the ‘Red Adult and Junior Gunner’ ballot can a Red Member enter the Red ballot?

If a Red Member is unsuccessful in the ‘Red Adult and Junior Gunner’ ballot, they can enter the Red Ballot. However, the Red Adult and Junior Member ballot will be run before the Red ballot and any Members who are successful in the Family Enclosure ballot will be removed from the Red ballot at matches where Members are only entitled to one ticket per Membership.

If a Member has been successful in the Red Adult and Junior Gunner, and has applied in another application with a group, this will invalidate the whole group's entry due to how groups are validated as one entry.
