2025/26 men’s ticketing: Bringing more choice, flexibility and access for our supporters
Following extensive engagement with our Arsenal Advisory Board and ongoing support and dialogue with members of our Ticketing Forum we are offering more choice, flexibility and access to our men’s first team season tickets and match-by-match tickets from the 2025/26 season.
SEASON TICKET FLEXIBILITY
Supporters will now have a choice between a 19-match (Premier League matches only) and 23-match (including four UEFA league phase fixtures) season ticket.
23-match season ticket
We are preserving the 23-match season ticket for supporters who enjoy the certainty of having tickets in their usual seats secured for all Premier League matches, plus four guaranteed UEFA league phase fixtures, subject to qualification.
23-match season ticket holders will continue to enjoy priority access to tickets for further home European or domestic cup matches before they go on sale to Silver and Red members, either via the Cup Scheme or priority sale windows.
19-match season ticket
To provide more choice and flexibility for supporters, we are offering the option of a Premier League only, 19-match season ticket.
Supporters who opt for the 19-match season ticket will pay less upfront, and the introduction of this option will make more tickets available to Silver and Red members in the match by match ballot.
Supporters with a 19-game season ticket will also have priority access to domestic cup fixtures at Emirates Stadium in their usual seat, but they will need to join the Silver member ballot to secure tickets for all UEFA fixtures, subject to qualification.
Club Level Season Tickets & Premium Memberships
Platinum Members and members with seasonal dining in The WM, The Avenell Club and Diamond Club will continue to have access to all competitive men’s first-team home matches next season.

We will retain a limited number of discounted season tickets available to eligible senior season ticket holders (aged 66+) who wish to move into the new Family Area.
ACTING FOR OUR COMMUNITY
Arsenal was born out of community back in 1886 and we’ve always understood our place and responsibility.
That sense of community is as true today as it was back then. Community is at the heart of our purpose and this year sees us celebrate the 40th anniversary of Arsenal in the Community.
To mark this occasion, from the 2025/26 season we’ll ensure our matches remain accessible for our local community by making 1,000 tickets available free of charge across the season.
Arsenal in the Community will ensure these tickets go to Arsenal supporters who connect with us through our education and employment, social inclusion, and sport, health and wellbeing programmes.
SEASON TICKET PRICING
Our priority is to continue competing at the highest level in all competitions and win major trophies. This requires investment in our teams in an environment where costs continue to rise.
Whilst we have introduced more flexibility and choice to respond to supporters’ feedback and made more tickets available to ensure accessibility and community engagement remain at the heart of ticket access, for the 2025/26 season, General Admission 23-match season ticket will increase by 3% (upper tier) and 5% (lower tier).
With the introduction of the new 19-match General Admission season ticket, supporters have the option to reduce initial upfront costs by up to £386.
The 19-match season ticket will be priced at the same level as the 23-match season ticket with the removal of the UEFA league phase fixtures.
For those buying the 23-match season ticket, the additional cost in the upper tier will be £44 on average, working out at approximately £1.60 per match before concessions are applied.
The lower tier will be £56 more on average compared to this season, working out at just over £2 per match before concessions are applied.
View our General Admission season ticket pricing for the 2025/26 season.
Club Level season tickets will also increase by 3% (halfway line and midfield) and 5% (corner/behind goal).
MATCH-BY-MATCH PRICING
Match-by-match tickets will also increase by 3% (upper tier) and 5% (lower tier) from next season.
This means the match-by-match increases will be between:
- Category A: +£2.50-4.20
- Category B: +£1.40-2.50
- Category C: +£1.00-£1.70
The entry-level price to watch us in the Premier League will be:
- £15.80 for juniors
- £23.60 for seniors
- £31.50 for non-concessions
From 2025/26, season ticket holders will pay the members’ match-by-match price for all games outside of their season ticket.
FILLING EVERY SEAT
Season ticket utilisation
With demand at an all-time high, we’re committed to doing everything we can to ensure every seat is filled which helps drive the best atmosphere at Emirates Stadium.
In 2025/26, season ticket holders must continue to use their seat for at least 20 out of the 23 matches included in their season ticket to be eligible for renewal. Supporters who opt for the 19-match season ticket must utilise their seat for at least 17 out of 19 games. Club Level season ticket holders must utilise their seat for at least 22 games.
If season ticket holders are unable to attend any fixtures included in their season ticket, they can resell their seat on Ticket Exchange to other Arsenal members or transfer to a friend or family member via Ticket Transfer. There is no cost to the season ticket holder for these services.
From next season, if season ticket holders post their ticket on Ticket Exchange on the day of the match, they will only receive their seat utilisation credit if the ticket sells. If they post their ticket on Ticket Exchange before midnight on the day before the match, they will receive their credit regardless of whether it sells.
This rule, along with seat utilisation requirements, are not applicable to disability access season ticket holders.
Match-by-match seat utilisation
From the 2025/26 season, we are introducing a seat utilisation policy for match-by-match ticket holders.
This means members will be blocked from entering the ballot for the remainder of the season if they do not utilise their seat (either attend the match or put their ticket on Ticket Exchange) on more than one occasion.
If match-by-match members post their ticket on Ticket Exchange on the day of the match, they will only receive their seat utilisation credit if the ticket sells. If they post their ticket on Ticket Exchange before midnight on the day before the match, they will receive their credit regardless of whether it sells.
This rule, along with seat utilisation requirements, are not applicable to disability access members.
ACTING AGAINST TOUTING
We continue to ramp up our action against ticket touting to protect honest match-going supporters, and to do everything we can to ensure tickets are going into the hands of paying members. Our anti-touting operations include specialist third-party operatives on the ground, regular seat checks and home and away ticket collections at matches.
The ballot system also helps us to address the issue of illegal ticket touting and bot activity as the system identifies suspicious activity before tickets are allocated. So far this season, this has enabled us to identify and cancel more than 26,156 accounts attempting to obtain tickets in unauthorised ways, with 7,583 individual entries being removed from the ballot process due to suspicious activity.
Our work to protect our supporters continues.
SEASON TICKET AND MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL DATES
Premium season ticket renewals will take place in March with General Admission season ticket holder and Membership renewals taking place at the end of the season. Supporters will be contacted prior to the relevant renewal periods with further information about their renewal.
