If you are looking to purchase tickets at the disability access price, you will need to fill in our Access Requirement Form outlining your access requirements and, if required, reason for requesting a Personal Assistant. In the application, you will need to provide one of the following pieces of supporting documentation:
- A statement of higher rate mobility, or the higher rate care component of Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
- Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP) โ Standard or Enhanced rate Mobility component, or Enhanced rate Daily Living component
- Registration document which certifies that you are Registered Blind or Partially Sighted
- Veterans Agency letter confirming War Disablement Pension
Once this application has been submitted, the Disability Liaison Team will review and update you within 6 weeks. This is due to the high number of applications we receive.
Please note, in accordance with our Ground Regulations, all supporters under the age of 14 is required to attend with a parent/ guardian over the age of 18. We will review each application on a case-by-case basis.
Menโs First Team
As a supporter with disability access requirements, you will renew or join as a Red Member, a Cannon, or a Junior Gunner, depending on your age and eligibility. This membership comes with additional Disability Access (DA), subject to eligibility.
Once you have become a member, you can enter a ballot to be in with a chance of purchasing home match tickets. To enter a ballot, please visit the relevant match on our Home Ticket Information page.
Womenโs First Team
As a supporter with disability access requirements, you do not need to join as a member. Once you have submitted your Access Requirement Form, and if approved, your account will set up accordingly.

Personal Assistants
If you require a Personal Assistant, they are responsible for your needs and should accompany you for every visit to the stadium.
If the Disability Access (DA) member is unable to attend, the Personal Assistant cannot attend without the disabled supporter. In this instance we recommend making your ticket available on the Ticket Exchange here.
