Chairman - Sir Chips Keswick

Sir Chips Keswick was first appointed as an Arsenal director in November 2005 and replaced the outgoing Peter Hill-Wood as Chairman of Arsenal Holdings plc in June 2013.

Ivan Gazidis

Chief Executive Officer - Ivan Gazidis

Ivan Gazidis joined Arsenal Football Club as its Chief Executive Officer in January 2009. He serves on the Board of Arsenal Holdings PLC and is on the Board of Trustees for The Arsenal Foundation. 

As well as running the club, Ivan sits on a number of domestic and international committees including the European Club Association Executive Board, the ECA Institutional Relations Working Group (Chair), the ECA Statutory Affairs Panel (Chair), UEFA Executive Committee (member), the Professional Game Board (Chair), FIFA's Football Stakeholders' Committee, and the FA Council.
Ivan was one of the founders of Major League Soccer in the United States and was employed by the League in Los Angeles and New York from 1994 – 2008.  He was appointed Deputy Commissioner of the League in 2001 and also served as the President of Soccer United Marketing International from 2002 – 2006. 

He holds a master’s degree in Law from Oxford University and represented Oxford at football, twice playing against Cambridge University at the old Wembley Stadium in 1984 and 1985. 

Director - Ken Friar OBE

Director - Ken Friar OBE

Arsenal Football Club’s longest-serving director, Ken Friar OBE has been a mainstay of the Club for more than 60 years.

During this time, Mr Friar, as he is affectionately known by all, has done just about every job at the Club including working as Club Secretary and Managing Director. He was a driving force behind the Gunners’ move from Highbury to Emirates Stadium and continues to lead the Club's activities in the property sector.

Director - Lord Harris of Peckham

Lord Harris of Peckham was appointed to the Arsenal board in November 2005.

One of Britain's longest-serving retailers, Lord Harris took over his family run carpet business aged 15. He went on to found Carpetright in 1988, where he played a central role until announcing his retirement in 2014.

Lord Harris is a keen philanthropist, supporting a number of charities and projects that help young people to fulfil their potential.

Director - Stan Kroenke

Stan Kroenke became a shareholder in May 2007, was appointed to the Board of Directors in September 2008 and became the majority shareholder of Arsenal Football Club in April 2011.

As the head of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, he owns a number of north American sports teams, venues and radio and television networks - including the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League, the Colorado Rapids of Major League Soccer, the Pepsi Center, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, Altitude Sports & Entertainment (regional sports network) and the Outdoor Sportsman Group of media companies. His family’s sports holdings also include the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League and the Denver Nuggets of the National Basketball Association.

Mr. Kroenke is a well-regarded real-estate developer with a diverse international portfolio that includes commercial and residential real estate, ranches, vineyards, shopping centres, warehouse facilities and hotels.

Director - Josh Kroenke

Josh Kroenke joined the board of Arsenal Football Club in December 2013.

He is also President and Governor of the Denver Nuggets basketball team, where he oversees the day-to-day operations and has helped the team to record one of the most successful six-year spells in the team’s history. He is President of Colorado Avalanche in the NHL and is the Alternate Governor of the Colorado Rapids Major League Soccer team.

Josh works closely with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment executives on multiple business operation issues, ranging from finance to marketing.
