What is Ticket Transfer?

Season Ticket Holders can use Ticket Transfer to forward their ticket electronically to friends and family who are within their Network to use for a game they cannot attend.

Our free Ticket Transfer service is the only way to send your digital pass on to someone else. Your pass uses NFC technology and so it’s not possible to screenshot your ticket. Season Ticket Holders can transfer a ticket to anyone; the recipient just needs to have a free  Arsenal Online Box Office Account. Recipients will be emailed a digital PDF ticket to enter Emirates Stadium. Supporters can register for an account here.

The service is open until 3 hours before kick off and is completely free to use.

Using Ticket Transfer

- Counts towards the minimum seat utilisation requirement on your Season Ticket. Read more about Season Ticket Utilisation.

- Earns you 50 My Arsenal Rewards points. The ticket must be used by the recipient for points to be allocated to you.

- Earns you an attendance stamp which will help you gain your Attendance Trophy - meaning you could get priority access to Cup Final tickets.

Who is eligible to use Ticket Transfer?

Platinum Members and General Admission Season Ticket holders only. The service is free with no admin fees to pay.

When can I transfer my seat(s) for a game?

Ticket Transfer is available once the Silver Member ticket ballot has ended and at the same time as the Ticket Exchange opens, unless otherwise stated. Please check the Ticket Information for the most up-to-date details, or you can log in to the Online Box Office (ticket hub) using your membership number and password.

What is the deadline to transfer my seat(s) via Ticket Transfer?

Ticket Transfer is available up to 3 hours before the advertised kick off time, unless otherwise stated.

I am a Silver / Red Member can I transfer my ticket using this service?

No, unfortunately you will not be able to transfer your tickets via this service.

Is this service available over the telephone?

No, this is an online service only. However, our Season Ticket holders in the Disabled Enclosure will need to use Ticket Transfer over the phone.

I am a Season Ticket holder in the Disabled Enclosure. Can I use Ticket Transfer?

The service is not available online currently. Please submit an enquiry form or contact our Disability team on 020 7619 5000 (option 2) for more information.

My friend/family member does not have access to a computer. Can I transfer a ticket on their behalf using Ticket Transfer?

Yes, Season Ticket holders are able to transfer other members' tickets as long they have been added to Level Two of your Arsenal Network.

Is there a fee to transfer my Season Ticket?

No, the Ticket Transfer service is free to use.

What can I do if I've already transferred my seat and then change my mind?

If the recipient has not accepted your transfer offer then you will have the ability to cancel the pending offer.

I have transferred my seat(s) using Ticket Transfer and now wish to attend the fixture. Is there anything I can do?

Once a transfer has been accepted your digital pass will be deactivated and you will not be able to attend the fixture.

I have transferred my ticket but the recipient hasn't accepted before the deadline. What will happen to my ticket, can I still go to the game?

Should your ticket transfer not be accepted then your digital pass will remain active for the relevant fixture.

Is there a limit on how many times that I can transfer my seat(s) in a season?

You can transfer your seat(s) for as many fixtures as you like, subject to Ticket Transfer being available.

Are there any other ways that I can transfer my seat(s)?

No, Ticket Transfer is the only official and legal way for Season Ticket holders to transfer seat(s). It is not possible to screenshot your digital pass to forward on to other supporters.

Can I check the status of my transferred seat(s) online?

Yes. Log in to your Online Box Office account using your email address and password Online Box Office . Select My Account from the menu options to view your booking history.

The person I transferred my seat(s) to has declined. Can I select another person to transfer to?

Yes, you can select another person within your Arsenal Network to transfer your ticket to.

I am not an Arsenal Member, how will I receive my ticket?

You will be emailed a PDF ticket.

I am an Arsenal Member / Season Ticket holder receiving a ticket via the Transfer service, will my digital pass be activated?

No, ticket(s) will be emailed to all recipients accepting tickets via Ticket Transfer.
