Season Ticket Utilisation

At Emirates Stadium, our matchday atmosphere thrives on the enthusiasm of our supporters. To maintain this energy, it's important that every seat is filled during every home game.

As a valued season ticket holder, your seat(s) needs to be used for a minimum number of games each season. For the upcoming 2024/2025 season, please ensure your seat(s) is used for at least:

-General Admission: 20 of the 23 home games included in your season ticket

-Platinum Members: 20 of the home games included in your season tickets

Note, if the minimum number of games is not met, you will not be eligible to renew your season ticket for the following season.

What is seat utlisation?

A seat is considered ‘utilised’ if you have either:
• Attended yourself
• Used the Ticket Transfer service to transfer your ticket(s) – provided the recipient(s) attends the fixture
• Posted your ticket(s) on Ticket Exchange - regardless of whether it’s purchased

Using ticket transfer & ticket exchange

We encourage you to use both Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer to ensure you reach the minimum utilisation threshold. This also gives other supporters the opportunity to get behind the team in the stadium when you’re not able to attend. These services can be accessed via your  Online Box Office account.

Please refer to  our guides for more information on how to use these services.

Where can i view my current utilisation information?

You can check the games that your seat(s) has been utilised for by logging into the My Arsenal Rewards hub and viewing your attendance badges and trophies earned via the 'Challenges' section.

To access this, on the My Arsenal Rewards hub home page, scroll down to 'Challenges' and click 'Show All'.
