What is Ticket Exchange?

New for the 2023/24 season, Season Ticket Holders and Home Advantage Pack members, will have the ability to sell tickets on the club’s Ticket Exchange. This service offers Members further flexibility should they not be able to attend a game and provides a secure and convenient platform to resell further tickets to fellow Arsenal supporters.

Season Ticket Holders and Home Advantage Pack members who are unable to attend a game at the Emirates can make their ticket available on the Ticket Exchange once the lower tier is sold out (subject to restrictions). Ticket Exchange will be open until one week before the game, and once ticket exchange has shut, all Season Ticket Holders and Home Advantage Pack members who have not sold their ticket on the exchange will be sent a PDF ticket.

Who is eligible to use the Ticket Exchange to sell their seat(s)?

Season Ticket Holders and Home Advantage Pack holders can use this service to sell their seat(s) for an upcoming fixture.

How do I view my Emirates Stadium Ticket Exchange account?

You can view your Ticket Exchange account entering your membership number & password into the Online Box Office. Under the Account History section select Ticket Exchange and you view a full Ticket Exchange history.

How much will I be charged for the Service?

It is free for a supporter to post their ticket on the Ticket Exchange. If your ticket is sold, you will receive the face value ticket price, which can be found here.

When will I receive the sum credited to my account for the matches I have sold?

The balance of your account will be deducted from your renewal fee or can be withdrawn during the advertised Cashback windows advertised here.

When can I post my ticket on Ticket Exchange?

Ticket exchange will open once match tickets in the lower tier are sold out and the game has been confirmed for broadcast. This service will remain open until one week before the game. For exact timings on when Ticket exchange will open and close for each match, please check the ticket information pages.

I have posted my ticket on Ticket Exchange, but I now wish to attend the fixture, what should I do?

If your seat remains unsold you will have the ability to cancel the posting on exchange by logging into your Arsenal Account, clicking on your profile in the top right hand corner, selecting the relevant game and clicking cancel. If your seat has sold, then you are unable to cancel it.

Is there a limit to how many times that I can post a seat in a season?

Subject to Ticket Exchange being ‘live' for a fixture, you can post as many times as you wish.
