We’re delighted to have full capacity crowds back at Emirates Stadium from the start of Season 2021/22.
It just wasn’t the same without our fans, so it’s great to be back together.
A lot has changed since March 2020 and this guide is intended to inform those coming to Emirates Stadium about what’s new and to help fans when planning their trip to see the Arsenal.
Getting to Emirates Stadium
Emirates Stadium is extremely well served by public transport - click here to read our comprehensive guide on how to get to Emirates Stadium.
Arriving at the stadium
- Club Level, Box Level, Directors Lounge and Diamond Club open 2.5 hours before kick-off
- General Admission opens 2 hours before kick-off
We strongly recommend that all supporters arrive a minimum of 90 minutes before kick-off to avoid queues and delays entering the stadium. Emirates Stadium can be accessed by the North Bank Bridge, Clock End Bridge or the stairs by the Armoury megastore as shown on the map below. If coming from Arsenal tube station, we encourage supporters to use the Clock End Bridge by the Arsenal letters as it’s just a short walk from the North Bank Bridge but is often much quieter.
Supporters can use what3words to help find meeting points and precise locations at the venue, such as the ticket office, bridges, entrances/exits and other key locations. Every 3m square has been given a unique combination of three words: a what3words address. Click here to find out more.
All Season Ticket Holders and Arsenal Members can use their Arsenal Membership card to access Emirates Stadium for any games they’re eligible to attend. Digital passes have also been issued to Season Ticket Holders and Members which can be added to an Apple or Google Pay wallet and used to enter the stadium.
If you plan on using your digital pass to access Emirates Stadium, please note our digital passes utilise NFC functionality which means screenshots are not accepted as a valid form of entry into the stadium and will not scan on the turnstiles. Please click here to read our how-to-guide on using a digital pass to access Emirates Stadium.
If you have been issued a new My Arsenal Rewards card for Season 2021/22, you only need to activate your card via the Arsenal Official app if you intend to use the pre-payment functionality. You do not need to take any action if you only intend to use your card to access Emirates Stadium.
We are working together with the UK Government, Local Authorities and Premier League to ensure we keep everyone safe and maintain full capacity at our games this season.
We request everyone attending a match at Emirates Stadium to follow the public health guidance on COVID-19. You should get tested if you have symptoms and please don’t put yourself or others in danger by attending matches if there’s a risk you could pass on COVID-19.
We strongly advise supporters not to bring bags to Emirates Stadium unless absolutely necessary. Any bags larger than A4 (a standard rucksack / handbag) will not be permitted. All bags will be subject to search which will delay your entry to the stadium. Luggage storage facilities are available at London King's Cross station if required.
Please take a moment to check the full list of prohibited items before you travel to the stadium and ensure you plan your journey accordingly to avoid queues ahead of kick-off.
Code of Conduct
All supporters attending Emirates Stadium must read and adhere to our matchday Code of Conduct. This code is designed to help create a safe and enjoyable environment at Emirates Stadium and to protect you and your fellow supporters. If you do not comply with this code, you may be denied entry or asked to leave the Stadium.
