Important Information for Season 2021/22
Stadium Access
Access to the stadium will be via your Arsenal membership card, which will be loaded with the ticket(s) you have purchased. Please note if you have been issued a new My Arsenal Rewards card, this replaces your previous membership card which will no longer permit you access to Emirates Stadium (Junior Gunners will continue to use their original card.
You will also be emailed a digital version of your membership pass which can be downloaded to your Apple / Android wallet and used to access Emirates Stadium for any purchased fixtures.
Please note, we are unable to activate membership cards for any tickets purchased after 10am on Tuesday, December 07, 2021 and Ticketfast (PDF) tickets will be emailed to the lead client email address to gain entry to Emirates Stadium. The Ticketfast tickets will arrive in a separate email to the confirmation email.
COVID-19
In accordance with the Government's Plan B regulations, all fans must have COVID certification to attend a match at Emirates Stadium. Any supporters unable to provide a valid COVID pass or proof of a negative lateral flow / PCR test when asked will not be permitted to enter the stadium.
