Q: Am I included in the priority access for cup final tickets?

A: See below

  • Included: Gold & Platinum Members for the 21/22 season (inc. Disabled Members)

  • Excluded: Diamond Club, Box Holders, The WM, The Avenell Club and GA Members (Red, Silver, Purple, JG, Cannon etc), Gold and Platinum Members on a Season Ticket Holiday.

  • Note: Previous Travel Club members who had access to cup final tickets through the away scheme will now not be eligible due to the change in the Cup Final policy.

Q: Can I use away attendance towards being included in the priority window?

A: No. Previous cup final priority windows have been based on away points – Season Ticket Holders could be eligible by attending three or more away fixtures, however this season you must have either attended all home Carabao Cup fixtures OR at least 10 home Premier League Fixtures.

Q: If I had Covid and couldn’t attend a game, can I still get the trophy and still get priority access to cup final tickets?

A: No, unfortunately you will not be eligible for priority ticket access unless you attended all home Carabao Cup games OR at least 10 Premier League home matches.

Any Season Ticket holder unable to attend the Sunderland fixture because of Plan B restrictions had the option to use Ticket Transfer to transfer their ticket to a friend or family member. Ticket Transfer was enabled for Gold Members as an exceptional measure for this game. Any tickets transferred using this service count towards the earning of a trophy as long as the recipient of the transferred ticket attended the match.

Q: I attended ‘x’ Carabao Cup game/Premier League game, but the attendance didn’t count towards a trophy – can I still be part of the priority window?

A: Following the Carabao Cup Semi-Final against Liverpool on 20 January, it will 24 hours for the Carabao Cup trophy to appear in supporters’ accounts. If more than 24 hours have passed and they still have not received the trophy, please see the question below.

Q: Do I need to have attended just Cup games or both Cup and Premier League games to be eligible for priority ticket access?

A: To gain priority ticket access to the League Cup Final, Gold and Platinum members must have collected either the Carabao Cup Trophy (all four home Carabao Cup games attended) OR the 10 Match Premier League Trophy.

This includes all games up to and including the Carabao Cup Semi Final second leg fixture vs Liverpool on 20th Jan 2022.

Q: How do you track my attendance to games?

A: Attendance will count towards a trophy if the supporter uses their physical or digital access card to personally attend the game. Attendance will also count if a supporter is issued a Ticketfast PDF ticket for any reason.

Q: Will my attendance count towards a Trophy if I use Ticket Transfer?

A: If a Gold or Platinum member used Ticket Transfer for a game and the recipient attended the game, this attendance counts towards the member’s Trophy for the relevant competition.

This includes all games up to and included the Carabao Cup Semi Final second leg fixture vs Liverpool on 20th Jan 2022.

Q: If I use Ticket Exchange, will I still get attendance towards a Trophy?

A: If a Gold or Platinum member used Ticket Exchange for a particular game, they will have earned My Arsenal Rewards points, but that fixture will not contribute towards them earning the Trophy for the relevant competition.

Q: Can I get priority access for cup tickets using my MAR points?

A: No, Ticket eligibility for the Carabao Cup Final will not be linked to My Arsenal Rewards points, only Trophies. My Arsenal Rewards points will be accrued for attending games which can be used to redeem for specified rewards, prizes, and money-can't-buy experiences.

Q: What happens after the priority window is over for people who had all of the cup Trophies?

A: Once the priority access tickets have been allocated, any tickets that remain for the Carabao Cup Final will be balloted to Gold and Platinum members in line with the previous Cup Final ticket policy.

Q: How many tickets can I purchase in the priority window?

A: One ticket per eligible membership. Eligible members will have earned the Carabao Cup trophy or the 10 Match Premier League Trophy.
