I have not received email confirmation for a booking I have made
All bookings can be viewed online by logging on with your membership number and password. Select the My Account tab then Account History. You then have the option to resend the email to the email address on your account.
How do I activate my membership?
To activate your membership and set a password click on the link provided. Enter your Membership number and your surname as it appears on your account. This will activate your membership online and allow you to set a password.
How do I access my account
Your Membership number will be confirmed in your email confirmation upon purchasing. For data protection purposes, to set your password please visit arsenal.com/membership and select 'Forgotten Password', this will enable you to create your own unique password. - See more here
