What is My Arsenal Rewards?

My Arsenal Rewards is our new Club rewards scheme, exclusive to paid Arsenal Members. Through My Arsenal Rewards you will earn points for your interaction and engagement with the Club, including when attending matches, and be able to redeem these points against a range of exclusive rewards, including money-can’t-buy experiences. All rewards will be made exclusively available through the My Arsenal Rewards portal, which will be home to rewards from our Club Partners and other third-party organisations. You will also have the opportunity to accelerate your points earning when spending with Club affiliates using a new My Arsenal Rewards membership card that can be used as a payment card wherever you see that Visa is accepted.

Who is eligible for My Arsenal Rewards?

All paid members aged 16 and over in the UK and internationally are eligible to participate in My Arsenal Rewards. Unfortunately My Arsenal Rewards does not extend into our Junior Gunner membership tiers. Please note that Cannon and international members will not be eligible to receive the payment functionality included on the My Arsenal Rewards Membership card.

Is there a cost to join My Arsenal Rewards?

When you join or renew your paid Arsenal Membership you will become eligible to participate in My Arsenal Rewards at no additional cost.

Do I need a computer or a mobile device to participate?

To redeem points you have earned you must have a computer or mobile device to access the My Arsenal Rewards portal. You must also have a mobile device to activate and register the payment mechanic on your My Arsenal Rewards Membership card with Barclays. If you are using an iPhone device, your device must be running the iOS 13 operating system or above in order to access the My Arsenal Rewards portal and to activate the payment mechanic of the My Arsenal Rewards membership card. If you are using an Android device, your device must be running the Android 7 operating system or above in order to access the My Arsenal Rewards portal and to activate the payment mechanic of the My Arsenal Rewards membership card.

How do I log in to the My Arsenal Rewards portal on my computer?

You can log in to the My Arsenal Rewards portal on your computer by visiting arsenal.com and signing in with your membership number and password. Following this, you can then access your unique My Arsenal Rewards passport, where you can follow the ‘My Arsenal Rewards account’ link to visit the My Arsenal Rewards portal.

How do I log in to the My Arsenal Rewards portal on my mobile device?

You can log in to the My Arsenal Rewards portal on your smartphone by downloading the Arsenal Official App and signing in with your membership number and password. Following this, you can then access your unique My Arsenal Rewards passport, where you can follow the ‘My Arsenal Rewards account’ link to visit the My Arsenal Rewards portal.

What are My Arsenal Rewards points?

My Arsenal Rewards points are the currency of the My Arsenal Rewards programme. The points can be redeemed for rewards through the My Arsenal Rewards portal. You will need to redeem the points you have earned to purchase a reward, enter a prize draw or auction.

How can I earn points in the 2021/22 season?

My Arsenal Rewards points can be earned in a number of ways for your interaction and engagement with the Club, including when you purchase tickets, attend matches and engage with content on the My Arsenal Rewards portal. If you are an Adult UK member, you can also accelerate your points earning when using the prepaid mechanic on your My Arsenal Rewards membership card to spend with affiliates and Arsenal Retail. Can I purchase points?

No, you cannot purchase points.

Will points expire?

Yes, points will expire at the end of each season. The number of days remaining before points expiry will be indicated on your My Arsenal Rewards passport that can be seen when signing in to arsenal.com and the Arsenal Official App.

What should I do if I believe there was an error in my points calculation?

Please contact myarsenalrewards@arsenal.co.uk if you believe there has been an error in your points calculation, making sure you specify the number of points you believe to be missing from your account and from which transaction or engagement these points were earned. Please be aware that points earned on your My Arsenal Rewards Membership card when spending with affiliates will usually take 1 – 5 days before they appear in your My Arsenal Rewards account but may take up to 30 days in certain circumstances.

How do I claim missing points?

Please allow up to 30 days to allow points earned on your My Arsenal Rewards Membership card when spending with affiliates to appear in your My Arsenal Rewards account. In the event that points remain missing from your account please contact myarsenalrewards@arsenal.co.uk making sure you specify the number of points you believe to be missing from your account and from which transaction or engagement these points were earned so the issue can be investigated.

Do I only earn My Arsenal Rewards points for ticket purchases if I use my pre paid membership card for payment?

No, you will earn points for ticket purchases using any accepted payment method provided your membership number is used during the purchase.

Can I earn points by attending away matches?

No, points cannot be earned by attending away matches.

What can I do with my points?

My Arsenal Rewards points can be redeemed against a range of active rewards on the My Arsenal Rewards portal. You must have the correct number of points in your My Arsenal Rewards account for a reward to be purchased, or to enter a prize draw or auction. Some rewards may have limited stock. Please be aware your My Arsenal Rewards points will expire at the end of the season.

How much is a point worth?

There is not a defined value on how much a single My Arsenal Rewards point is worth.

How do I redeem my points?

Your My Arsenal Rewards points can be redeemed by visiting the My Arsenal Rewards portal and purchasing rewards, entering auctions or prize draws with your points. Our range of rewards available on the My Arsenal Rewards portal will be frequently updated so make sure to revisit to check out the latest rewards you can redeem your points against.

Can I use my points with Partners?

There will be opportunities to redeem points through the My Arsenal Rewards portal against Partner rewards, in the same way that points can be redeemed against Arsenal rewards.

Can I use my points outside of the Club?

No, My Arsenal Rewards points are only valid for use via the My Arsenal Rewards portal.

Who is affiliated with My Arsenal Rewards?

All affiliates associated with My Arsenal Rewards can be found via the ‘Affiliates’ page on the My Arsenal Rewards portal. This page will be updated with new affiliates throughout the programme, so remember to check out any new affiliates that have been added.

How can I earn points with affiliates?

My Arsenal Rewards points can be earned with affiliates by using the prepaid mechanic within your My Arsenal Rewards membership card to make purchases. It is essential that when you spend with an affiliate the payment is completed with your My Arsenal Rewards membership card, otherwise points will not be earned. Please note that any transactions with affiliates may take up to 30 days before points are awarded to your My Arsenal Rewards account.

How do I activate my membership card for payments?

Follow these simple steps to activate your card for payment today:
• Step 1: Visit the Arsenal Official app and log in using your Membership ID found on the back of your membership card
• Step 2: Go to ‘Manage prepaid card’ in the My Arsenal Rewards passport and follow the instructions to activate your card

Am I eligible to activate my club membership card for payment?

To activate your membership card for Pingit for Clubs you must be 16 or older and a UK resident who only pays tax in the UK. A UK personal current account is required to register for Pingit for Clubs. If you choose not to activate your card for payment, your membership card will still provide access to your club. T&Cs apply.

Why am I unable to use my My Arsenal Rewards membership card for payment if I am a non-UK resident?

To activate your membership card for Pingit for Clubs you must be 16 or older and a UK, the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey resident who only pays tax in the UK whilst a UK personal current account is required to register for Pingit for Clubs. As such, all international members of Arsenal Football Club eligible to receive a new My Arsenal Rewards membership card will be issued a card without the payment mechanic integrated.

What happens if my card is lost, stolen or used fraudulently?

Contact Arsenal Football Club directly to report your card lost or stolen and to order a replacement if required via myarsenalrewards@arsenal.co.uk. You can freeze your payment card at any time in the app by tapping “Manage prepaid card” and using the toggle to “freeze” your card.

What do I need to do to use my card for the first time?

The first time you use the card you will need to use chip and PIN. The PIN for your card is easy to find:
• Step 1: Enter the My Arsenal Rewards passport
• Step 2: Tap on 'Manage prepaid card'
• Step 3: Scroll down the ‘Manage prepaid card’ home page and select ‘View Your PIN’
• Step 4: Confirm your passcode and your PIN will be displayed in a pop-up window for 5 seconds
After first use you can use your My Arsenal Rewards membership card to make contactless payments. Please note there will be occasions when you will be asked to confirm transactions using chip and PIN to help prevent fraud.

How do I add money to my card?

Once you have activated your card, follow these simple steps to add money to your card:
• Step 1: Enter the My Arsenal Rewards passport
• Step 2: Tap on 'Manage prepaid card'
• Step 3: Select the 'Top up' button.
You can top up using another bank payment card by selecting the 'Other ways to top up' link, once you've selected the 'Top up' button.

Where can I use my card and is there a spend limit?

It can be used to pay for goods and services wherever you can pay via VISA including chip & pin and contactless, including Transport for London (TfL) . You can also use the card to pay online with the details found on the card. Note, it cannot be used for offline transactions e.g. some toll payments, some parking meters and some payments made while travelling on an airline. The maximum you can spend on your card is £2,000 per day.

Barclays Pingit has now closed. Can I still use the payment mechanic in my My Arsenal Rewards membership card?

Yes. The payment mechanic in your My Arsenal Rewards membership card is powered by Pingit for Clubs from Barclays. Pingit for Clubs remains active and is a different service to Barclays Pingit, which closed on June 30th 2020.

I completed an activity, but I did not earn points for it. Why is that?

For most activities points will be awarded instantly. However, please be aware that points will be received within 30 days of spending with an affiliate with your My Arsenal Rewards membership card.

How do I change my personal details?

Your personal details can be viewed under your ‘Account’ on the My Arsenal Rewards portal. Your personal details should be updated via the Arsenal Online Box Office at: eticketing.co.uk/arsenal/. If you a UK Adult member, you will also need to update your details with Barclays.

When will I receive my new My Arsenal Rewards card?

You will receive your new My Arsenal Rewards card from August 2021.

Can you explain how I accumulate points on my Arsenal Reward card and what benefits can I redeem them against?

Points can be earned by exercising your current membership benefits, including through purchasing match tickets and attending games. Your points earning can be accelerated when you spend on your pre-paid card with selected affiliates. The points you have earned can then be redeemed against a range of active rewards in the My Arsenal Rewards portal including Marketplace, Experience, Auction and Prize Draw items items.
