What is My Arsenal Rewards?
My Arsenal Rewards is our club rewards scheme, exclusive to paid Arsenal members. Through My Arsenal Rewards you can earn points for your engagement with the club, including when purchasing match tickets and attending games at Emirates Stadium. Members can then redeem these points against a range of exclusive rewards, prizes and money-can’t-buy experiences. All rewards are made exclusively available through the My Arsenal Rewards hub, accessible through arsenal.com and the Arsenal Official App.
Who is eligible for My Arsenal Rewards?
All paid Cannon, Red and Silver members, Gold and Platinum Season Ticket Holders, Avenell Club and Diamond Club members aged 17 and over in the UK and internationally are eligible to participate in My Arsenal Rewards. Unfortunately My Arsenal Rewards does not extend into our Junior Gunner membership tiers or to Women's Season Ticket Holders or Home Advantage Pack purchasers.
Is there a cost to join My Arsenal Rewards?
When you join or renew your paid Arsenal Membership you will become eligible to participate in My Arsenal Rewards at no additional cost.
Do I need a computer or a mobile device to participate?
To redeem points you have earned you must have a computer or mobile device to access the My Arsenal Rewards hub. If you are using an iPhone device, your device must be running the iOS 13 operating system or above in order to access the My Arsenal Rewards hub. If you are using an Android device, your device must be running the Android 7 operating system or above in order to access the My Arsenal Rewards hub.
How do I log in to the My Arsenal Rewards hub on my computer?
You can log in to the My Arsenal Rewards hub on your computer by visiting arsenal.com and signing in with your membership number and password. Click on your profile where your points are displayed and then click 'My Arsenal Rewards' to visit the My Arsenal Rewards hub.
How do I log in to the My Arsenal Rewards hub on my mobile device?
You can log in to the My Arsenal Rewards hub on your smartphone by downloading the Arsenal Official App and signing in with your membership number and password. Click on your profile where your points are displayed and then click 'My Arsenal Rewards' to visit the My Arsenal Rewards hub.
What are My Arsenal Rewards points?
My Arsenal Rewards points are the currency of My Arsenal Rewards and can be redeemed for rewards through the My Arsenal Rewards hub. You will need to redeem the points you have earned to purchase a reward or experience, enter a prize draw or auction.
How can I earn points this season?
My Arsenal Rewards points can be earned for your engagement with the club, including when you purchase tickets, attend matches at Emirates Stadium and play games on the My Arsenal Rewards hub. Can I purchase points?
My Arsenal Rewards points cannot be purchased.
Will points expire?
Yes, My Arsenal Rewards points will expire at the end of each season on 31 May.
What should I do if I believe there was an error in my points calculation?
Please visit help.arsenal.com/support/home to create a new enquiry if you believe there has been an error in your points calculation, making sure you specify the number of points you believe to be missing from your account and from which transaction or engagement these points were earned.
Can I earn points by attending away matches?
No, points cannot be earned by attending away matches.
What can I do with my points?
My Arsenal Rewards points can be redeemed against rewards on the My Arsenal Rewards hub. You must have the correct number of points in your My Arsenal Rewards account for a reward or experience to be redeemed, or to enter a prize draw or auction. Some rewards may have limited stock. Your My Arsenal Rewards points will expire at the end of the season.
How much is a point worth?
There is not a defined value on how much a single My Arsenal Rewards point is worth.
How do I redeem my points?
Your My Arsenal Rewards points can be redeemed by visiting the My Arsenal Rewards hub and purchasing rewards or experiences and entering auctions or prize draws. Our range of rewards available on the My Arsenal Rewards hub will be frequently updated so make sure to revisit to check out the latest rewards you can redeem your points against.
Can I use my points with Partners?
There will be opportunities to redeem points through My Arsenal Rewards on Partner rewards.
Can I use my points outside of the Club?
No, My Arsenal Rewards points are only valid for use via the My Arsenal Rewards hub.
Will I be notified if I win a Prize Draw?
The Prize Draw closing date is shown once you have clicked on the Prize Draw. Once the Prize Draw has closed Winner(s) will be contacted by email within the next 72 hours. Please note if you are unsuccessful you will not be notified.
How can I view my account activity?
To view your My Arsenal Rewards account activity if browsing on the web, click 'Activity' in the navigation bar at the top of the page. To view your My Arsenal Rewards account activity on a smartphone, click the menu icon in the top-left of the screen and click 'Activity'. Once on the 'Activity' page select the date range you would like to view points transactions debited from and credited to your account.
