Powerful midfielder Frida was the Arsenal Women Supporters Club Player of the Season in 2022/23, dominating games and scoring 16 goals in 38 games. That total dipped to eight last term, although half of her 32 appearances were from the bench, and she was instrumental in helping us to the Continental Cup final in the first place, with four of her goals coming in that competition.
Versatile, skilful and deadly from long range, Frida was regarded as one of the brightest prospects in European football when she joined the Gunners in July 2021, and she has justified that tag since.
A Norway international since 2017, she has featured at two World Cups on either side of Euro 2022 and scored four times for her country last season.
