What is Ticket Transfer?

Ticket Transfer gives Season Ticket Holders the ability to electronically transfer their ticket to friends & family, within their Network, for a game they cannot attend. Digital passes uses NFC technology which cannot be screenshotted so Ticket Transfer is the only way to share your Season Ticket with a friend or family member. Season Ticket Holders are able to transfer a ticket to anyone, the recipient just needs to have a free Online Box Office Account and they will be emailed a digital PDF ticket to enter Emirates Stadium. Supporters can register for an account here.

The service is open until 3 hours before kick off and is completely free to use.

Through using ticket transfer you will:

- Have this count towards the minimum seat utilisation requirement on your Season Ticket. For more information regarding seat utlisation, please visit here.

- Earn 50 My Arsenal Rewards points. (The ticket must be used by the recipient for points to be allocated to you)

- Earn an attendance stamp which will count towards you earning your Attendance Trophy - meaning you could gain priority access to cup final tickets.

Who is eligible to use the Ticket Transfer service to transfer their seat(s)?

Platinum and Gold Level Members only and we have now removed the Β£1 fee for gold members.

When can I transfer my seat for a game?

Ticket Transfer will be enabled after the Silver Member Ballot has been run and to coincide with the Ticket Exchange opening, unless stated otherwise. Please check the ticket Information page on www.arsenal.com/tickets for up to date details or you can view it by entering your membership number & password into the online Box Office (ticket hub).

What is the deadline to transfer my seat(s) via the Ticket Transfer service?

The Ticket Transfer service will be available up to 3 hours before the advertised kick off time, unless stated otherwise.

I am a Silver / Red Member can I transfer my ticket using this service?

No, unfortunately you will not be able to transfer your tickets via this service.

Is this service available over the telephone?

No, unfortunately due to the number of transfers that are likely to take place and the need for automation this is an online service only available through www.arsenal.com.. There are a certain circumstances listed below which will require supporters to use Ticket Transfer over the phone.

I am a Gold Level member in the Family Enclosure can I use the Ticket Transfer service?

Unfortunately you will not be able to use this facility via the Online Box Office, however, please submit an enquiry here or contact the Fan Services team on 020 7619 5000 for more details.

I am a Gold Level member in the Disabled Enclosure can I use the Ticket Transfer service?

Unfortunately you will not be able to use this facility via the Online Box Office, however, please submit an enquiry here or contact the Disability Team on 020 7619 5000 (Option 2) for more details.

My friend/family member does not have access to a computer can I transfer their ticket for them via the Ticket Transfer service?

Yes, Season Ticket Holders will also have the facility to transfer other members' tickets as long they have already been added to level two of your Arsenal Network.

Is there a fee to transfer my Season Ticket?

There is no longer a fee to transfer your season ticket using Ticket Transfer

What can I do if I have transferred my seat and then change my mind?

If the recipient has not accepted your transfer offer then you will have the ability to cancel the pending offer.

I have transferred my seat through the Ticket Transfer service which has been accepted and now wish to attend the fixture, is there anything I can do?

Unfortunately no, once a transfer has been accepted your season card and digital pass will be deactivated.

Is there a limit to how many times that I can transfer a seat in a season?

Subject to Ticket Transfer being β€˜live' for a fixture, you can transfer for as many fixtures as you wish.

Are there any other ways that I can transfer my ticket?

No, Ticket Transfer is the only official and legal way for Gold members to transfer their seats. Digital passes can no longer be screenshot and sent onto friends and family.

Can I check the status of my transferred seat(s) online?

Yes, you can view the status by entering your membership number & password into the Online Box Office and selecting My Account where you can view your booking history.

I have transferred my ticket to my friend but they have not accepted within the deadline, what will happen to my ticket, can I still go to the game?

Should your ticket not be accepted then your season card will remain active for the relevant game.

If the person I have transferred my ticket to has declined can I select another person to transfer to?

Yes, you can select another person within your Arsenal network to transfer your ticket to

I am not a member, how will I receive my ticket?

As a non member you will be emailed a PDF ticket

I am a member, will my digital pass be activated?

No, a PDF ticket will be generated and email to all recipients using this service
