Emirates in New York

Arsenal flew to New York in July 2014 to play in a pre-season friendly against New York Red Bulls and Arsenal legend, Thierry Henry.  The trip provided a special opportunity for Arsenal and Emirates to connect with its growing fan base in the US, many of whom had never seen the team live in action.

Emirates facilitated a number of key events aimed at giving existing fans an opportunity to experience Arsenal like never before, whilst winning over many new fans in the process. A kids coaching clinic was hosted in the City of Hobken, New Jersey with the stunning Manhattan skyline as a back drop, allowing young fans the unforgettable chance to meet and train with their heroes.

Emirates and Arsenal started their journey together back in 2004 and our main aim has always been to bring Arsenal closer to its millions of loyal fans across the six continents that we fly to

In addition, First Team Manager Arsène Wenger and club Chief Executive Ivan Gazidis hosted an Emirates Business Breakfast event attended by the Mayor of Hobken, Dawn Zimmer and  50 select clients and business leaders ,  with topics spanning; identifying and developing talent, building a world class organisation and creating a winning team.
