Loan Watch: Saliba, Guendouzi, Torreira in action

William Saliba and Matteo Guendouzi in action for Marseille

Ten of our players were in action last week for their respective loan clubs.

Read on to find out how they performed:

Hector Bellerin was in action twice for Real Betis. Our defender played 90 minutes in his side's 4-0 win over Independiente Alicante in the Copa Del Rey, before helping to keep a clean sheet in a 1-0 win over Barcelona. Real Betis now sit third in La Liga after 16 matches.

Lucas Torreira had a busy week with Fiorentina. He played the full match in a 3-1 win over Sampdoria and 85 minutes in 3-2 win against Bologna. The wins leave Fiorentina sixth in Serie A after 16 matches.

William Saliba played back-to-back 90 minutes for Marseille. Our defender helped keep a clean sheet in a 1-0 win over Nantes, before featuring in Marseille's 2-1 defeat to Stade Brestois.

Matteo Guendouzi was also in action twice for Marseille, playing 90 minutes in both the win over Nantes and defeat to Stade Brestois. Marseille currently sit third in Ligue 1 after 16 matches.

Reiss Nelson came off the bench with 10 minutes to play as Feyenoord beat Heracles Almelo 2-1. Our winger was then a 67th minute substitute in a 5-0 win over Fortuna Sittard. The wins leave Feyenoord second in the Eredivisie, just one point behind Ajax.

Dinos Mavropanos played 90 minutes as Stuttgart drew 2-2 with Hertha Berlin.

Alex Runarsson played two full matches for Oud-Heverlee Leuven as they beat KVC Westerlo 3-2 in the Belgian Cup and lost 1-0 to KAA Gent.

Miguel Azeez played 90 minutes as Portsmouth were beaten 2-1 by Harrogate Town in the FA Cup second round.

Matt Smith played the full match as Doncaster Rovers lost 3-2 against Mansfield Town in the FA Cup second round.

Nikolaj Moller was a half-time substitute as Viktoria Koln were beaten 4-0 by FC Kaiserslautern.
