Which Gunners could be called up for Euro 2024?

With Euro 2024 fast approaching, let’s take a look at which of our players have been called up for the tournament by their nations, as well as those who could be.

We have two players set to be involved in Group A, with Kai Havertz expected to lead the line for tournament hosts Germany. They have friendlies against Ukraine on Monday, June 3 (7.45pm) and against Greece on Friday, June 7 (7.45pm).

Scotland are the opponents for Germany on the opening night of the competition, and Kieran Tierney has been named in Steve Clarke’s provisional squad ahead of friendlies against Gibraltar on Monday, June 3 (5pm) and Finland on Friday, June 7 (7.45pm).

In Group B, Spain’s provisional squad has been announced, and David Raya, who was with us on loan last season, should be involved in friendlies against Andorra on Wednesday, June 5 (8.30pm) and Northern Ireland on Saturday, June 8 (8.30pm) ahead of the Euros.

Italy are also in Group B and have friendlies against Turkey on Tuesday, June 4 (8pm) and Bosnia and Herzegovina on Sunday, June 9 (7.45pm), which Jorginho could be involved in with the final squad yet to be confirmed.

Three Lions trio Aaron Ramsdale, Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka have all been named in Gareth Southgate’s squad for the pre-Euro 2024 training camp and friendly fixtures. England will play Bosnia and Herzegovina at St. James’ Park on Monday, June 3 (7.45pm) and against Iceland at Wembley on Friday, June 7 (7.45pm), before the 26-man squad for the Euros will be named on Saturday, June 8.

In Group D, William Saliba is in the France squad, who preface the tournament with friendlies against Luxembourg on Wednesday, June 5 (8pm) and Canada on Sunday, June 9 (8.15pm).

Jakub Kiwior could be in the Poland squad for their friendly fixtures against Ukraine on Friday, June 7 (7.45pm) and Turkey on Monday, June 10 (7.45pm), with their full squad yet to be announced.

Oleksandr Zinchenko is in the Ukraine squad travelling to Germany, and they will take on the tournament hosts in a friendly on Monday, June 3 (7.45pm), before facing Poland on Friday, June 7 (7.45pm) and Moldova on Tuesday, June 11 (5pm).

Last but not least, in Group E, Leandro Trossard will be hoping to be named in Belgium’s final squad. They have friendlies against Montenegro on Wednesday, June 5 (7.30pm) and Luxembourg on Saturday, June 8 (9pm).
