We’re pleased with the performance. It’s annoying that we conceded a goal, but it was still a good performance by the team.
on Aubameyang’s dream start…
You can see that he’s got electric pace and an eye for goal as well. He was involved in the link-up play as well, so we’re definitely happy to have him and we can’t wait to see what he brings to the team.
on what he’s like in training…
He’s fun. He’s learning faces but he’s definitely enjoying his time here and there’s still more to come from him.
on Mkhitaryan’s three assists…
We’ve seen glimpses in training and we were just waiting to see it on the pitch. As you can see from today, he’s just an amazing player.
on having lots of players who can create chances…
With the quality players we have up front, we’re always going to create chances. You could see that we scored five today and we created even more chances.
on Ramsey’s hat-trick…
It’s also good for not just our strikers but also our midfielders to score goals. Credit to Aaron, he did really well today.
on a top-four finish…
Of course we’re going to use this as a confidence boost. We just need to be consistent now.
