Three academy players could represent their nations in the upcoming UEFA European Under-17 Championship group stage.
Ethan Nwaneri, who was joint top scorer in qualifying with five goals, is in the England squad to take on France, Portugal and Spain, while Brayden Clarke and Chido Obi will go head-to-head when Wales meet Denmark. Those two nations share a group with Austria and Croatia with all of the games taking place in Cyprus.
Chido will be hoping to continue his rich vein of form, having ended the season for our under-18s with 29 goals in his last 11 appearances, including six hat-tricks.
Germany are the competition’s most recent winners and Spain are its most successful team with nine titles. The Young Lions have won it twice, in 2010 and 2014.
U17 Euros games will be shown live on BBC Sport in the UK - find out which channels will be broadcasting it elsewhere in the world.
England’s under-18s will also be in action during the international break as they face Northern Ireland and Morocco at St George’s Park, with Ayden Heaven and Myles Lewis-Skelly called up.
At England under-20s level, now referred to as England Elite, Reuell Walters and Amario Cozier-Duberry are on the long list for an early June training camp followed by matches against Sweden and Republic of Ireland later in the month.
Meanwhile, Alex Marciniak has been named in the Wales under-16s squad for their friendly fixtures against Poland, Czech and Turkey.
