There is no room for racism

As part of the Premier League’s continued work with clubs, our game against Crystal Palace tomorrow will send the message that there is No Room For Racism and will urge supporters to take action – ‘If you see it, report it.’

The day supports the work of Arsenal for Everyone, our programme which strives to ensure everyone connected to the club – regardless of age, disability, sex, race, religion or sexuality, feels an equal sense of belonging.

As well as the Premier League’s ongoing work to identify, sanction and educate offenders, it is putting pressure on social media companies to tackle the issue of racism on their platforms.

Premier League Interim Chief Executive Richard Masters said: “Our fans share the belief that racism has no place in football or wider society, but discrimination still exists among a minority. We will not tolerate racism in any form and urge anybody who witnesses racist behaviour to report it.”

If anybody witnesses racist behaviour at a match or around a stadium, they can report it to a steward or the police, as well as via the Kick It Out reporting app. For more information, visit www.premierleague.com/reportracism

Our fans can also report any discriminatory chanting or anti-social behaviour they witness to a steward or use our 'See Something, Say Something' service by texting "FOUL" to 67777 together with a description of the incident. We are proud of the diverse nature of our team, our fans and wider community. Thank you for your support.
