To mark our sustainability partnership with global aluminium packaging company Ball Corporation, we spoke with fans and players about making a better world for future generations.
At Arsenal, we have a long history of supporting our communities and building a more sustainable future – for our players, our fans, and the world.
Our partner, Ball Corporation, manufactures infinitely recyclable aluminium cans, cups and bottles, the most widely recycled drinks packages in the world.
For both of our organisations, it’s about creating a great legacy. Just like we can pass on recycling and sustainability practices to future generations, we can also pass on our love of the game and the memorable sports moments that make us part of the Arsenal community.
In a four-part video series, we created an opportunity for long-time Gooners and founders of the Dover fan club, the Padfield family to have a conversation with Arsenal players Rob Holding, Pablo Mari, and Gabi Martinelli; Arsenal legend Gilberto Silva.
As fans and players, they discussed their favourite team memories, why it’s important to pass on knowledge to future generations, and how they’re finding ways to be more sustainable in their daily lives.
Together, the videos capture what’s special about the Arsenal community alongside our drive to make the world a better – and greener – place. As Pablo Mari says, “Arsenal is not just a club, it’s more than that.” Join us as we talk about why.
