The Arsenal Foundation

Players and staff unite to donate a day’s wages

Our players and staff have come together to continue the club’s long-standing tradition of giving back and donating a day’s salary to The Arsenal Foundation.

The Arsenal Giving Together initiative also sees people across the club taking part in a number of volunteering and fundraising events over the festive period.

Our men's match against Manchester City on Sunday, December 15 will be dedicated to The Arsenal Foundation and preceded by the women’s fixture against London Bees on Wednesday night.

Sunday's fixture will see the men's team wear a limited edition shirt featuring the The Arsenal Foundation logo, to remind everyone of the variety of special local and global projects funded by The Arsenal Foundation and the power we have to make a difference.

Bucket collectors will also be at both matches to encourage supporters to get involved too.

In addition to the fundraising opportunities, at the heart of the matches supporters, players and staff will celebrate the individuals who have overcome great challenges in life and the special projects that help them that have benefited from funding from The Arsenal Foundation.

Beneficiaries range from our ground-breaking Coaching for Life programme - in partnership with Save the Children - which has benefited from more than £3m from The Arsenal Foundation since 2012, to its local partnership with Islington Giving which recently surpassed £500,000 of donations to different projects that encourage our community to thrive.

The Arsenal Foundation continues Arsenal’s long tradition of giving back to its community and using the power of the Arsenal name to inspire and support people across the word.

With everyone giving together this year – we can do even more.
