Ozil voted December Player of the Month

It's two in a row for Mesut Ozil, who has picked up his second Player of the Month prize on the bounce.

The Germany international, who topped the November vote, was in fine form throughout December, and scored our Goal of the Month as we beat Newcastle before adding a brilliant goal against Liverpool.

Ozil topped an incredibly tight poll by virtue of number of votes cast to edge out Jack Wilshere, with Alexis in third and Ainsley Maitland-Niles in fourth.
