Arsene Wenger believes Wojciech Szczesny has grown to understand the culture of the Club.
The Polish goalkeeper has been in impressive form this season, keeping 15 clean sheets in all competitions.
"Somewhere you feel Wojciech has the culture of this club"
Wenger praised the 24-year-old for showing maturity beyond his age and thinks he has the potential to be one of Arsenal's greatest ever keepers.
"He is maturing but he is already 24 years old and already has a very big experience for that age," Wenger said. "I am very happy with his development and how he has progressed.
"He was a young keeper and a promising one. Somewhere you feel Wojciech has the culture of this club. He was educated here. He came here at 16 and you think that you don’t want to let these players leave at 23 when they start to be ready to play at the top level.
"If not then you must close your academy."
