The Germany internationals took a short break from pre-season training on Thursday to learn the basic moves of a samurai warrior.
Lukas and Per looked the part in full dress, make-up and even a hair piece. And they were guided by a samurai master and his troop.
The Arsenal duo learned how to fight with their (wooden) swords before heading out to gatecrash two events in Saitama - a fan party at the team hotel and a sushi lesson.
