Craig Eastmond will join Colchester United on a permanent basis next season.
The 22-year-old midfielder, who becomes a free agent this summer, is to sign for Joe Dunne's League One side having impressed during a loan spell with the Essex club last year.
Eastmond came through the youth ranks at Arsenal. An FA Youth Cup winner in 2009, he made 10 first-team appearances for the Gunners, and was a regular for the reserves during his time with the Club.
