Jeff Reine-Adelaide counts himself fortunate to have been given the opportunity to train with top-level players every day since his move from Lens in 2015.
But which member of the first-team squad stands above the others as a role model for his own game?
For the 19-year-old Frenchman, one fellow midfielder immediately comes to mind.
"I look up to them all," Reine-Adelaide told Arsenal Player. "If I had to name one, it would have to be Santi Cazorla.
"He has superb natural ability, he can play with either foot, he can do anything. I think he’s a magician!
"When you watch him play, you can sense he is really serene because he knows exactly what he is doing. Whatever the situation, he will win the ball cleanly.
"I try to be like that so I can play like him."
