Jon Toral scored his first goal for Rangers as they won 6-0 against Hamilton Academical in the Scottish Cup. Martyn Waghorn opened the scoring with a penalty, before Joe Garner doubled the advantage. Toral and Clint Hill then got on the scoresheet, before Garner struck twice more late on.
Wojciech Szczesny played the full 90 minutes as Roma lost 2-1 at home to Napoli. Dries Mertens gave the visitors a two-goal lead before Kevin Strootman’s late consolation.
Joel Campbell came on in the 66th minute as Sporting Lisbon drew 1-1 at home to Vitoria Guimaraes. Alan Ruiz gave the hosts the lead before Moussa Marega’s leveller.
Takuma Asano played 70 minutes as Stuttgart beat Kaiserslautern 2-0, with Simon Terodde and Berkay Ozcan scoring the goals.
Matt Macey kept a clean sheet as Luton Town beat Yeovil Town 4-0. Danny Hylton struck twice, before Glen Rea and Pelly Ruddock rounded off the scoring.
Marc Bola played 66 minutes as Notts County lost 3-0 away to Stevenage. Kaylen Hinds came on for the hosts in the 85th minute. A Jack King strike was sandwiched between two goals for Matt Godden.
Ismael Bennacer played the full game as Tours drew 2-2 away at Gazelec Ajaccio. Denis Bouanga gave Bennacer’s side the lead, before Sekou Cisse’s equaliser. Check Diarra restored Tours’ lead, but David Ducourtioux made it 2-2.
Dan Crowley played the full 90 minutes as Go Ahead Eagles drew 2-2 away at Heerenveen. Sam Hendriks gave the Eagles the lead before goals from Henk Veerman and Luciano Slagveer turned the game. Leon de Kogel struck late on to earn the visitors a point.
Kelechi Nwakali played the entirety of Maastricht’s 2-2 draw with Almere City. Rick ten Voorde opened the scoring before Emrullah Guvenc’s leveller. Calvin MacIntosh restored the lead before Joeri Schroijen drew Maastricht level again. Stefan O’Connor wasn’t involved
