Crowley scores first Eredivisie goal

Dan Crowley played the entirety of Go Ahead Eagles’ 3-1 loss to Vitesse Arnhem, scoring his side’s only goal - his first in Eagles colours. Ricky van Wolfswinkel opened the scoring for Vitesse, before Navarone Foor and Milot Rashica added to the scoreline. Crowley found the net with two minutes remaining.

Wojciech Szczesny played the full 90 minutes of Roma’s 3-1 away win over Inter Milan. Radja Nainggolan’s brace gave the Giallorossi a two-goal lead, before Mauro Icardi halved the advantage. Diego Perotti scored a penalty five minutes from time to seal the win.

Jack Wilshere played 66 minutes as Bournemouth lost 2-1 at West Bromwich Albion. Josh King opened the scoring from the penalty spot, before Craig Dawson and Gareth McAuley’s goals won the game for the Baggies.

Chuba Akpom was an 82nd-minute substitute as Brighton beat Reading 3-0. Sam Baldock, Jamie Murphy and Anthony Knockaert all scored for the Seagulls.

Takuma Asano played 70 minutes of Stuttgart’s 2-0 win over Kaiserslautern. Simon Terodde and Berkay Ozcan scored the goals.

Jon Toral was substituted in added time at the end of the second half as Rangers lost 2-1 away at Inverness Caledonian Thistle. Greg Tansey and Billy McKay’s strikes were separated by a penalty from Gers forward Martyn Waghorn.

Krystian Bielik came on in the 55th minute of Birmingham City’s 2-1 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers. Maikel Kieftenbeld and David Davis gave the Blues a two-goal lead, before Nouha Dicko halved the deficit.

Ismael Bennacer played the full 90 minutes as Tours drew 0-0 with Troyes.

Stephy Mavididi was stretchered off late on as Charlton Athletic lost 1-0 at Bury. Ryan Lowe scored the game’s only goal.

Marc Bola played the entirety of Notts County’s goalless draw with Yeovil Town.

Matt Macey played the full 90 minutes as Luton Town drew 1-1 with Plymouth Argyle. Danny Hylton opened the scoring for the Hatters before Craig Tanner’s leveller.

Gedion Zelalem came on in the 56th minute as Venlo won 4-0 against Achilles ’29. Vito van Crooij opened the scoring before Joey Sleegers added a second. Ralf Seuntjens made it three, with Van Crooij scoring the game’s final goal.

Kelechi Nwakali played the full 90 minutes as MVV Maastricht lost 4-0 to Cambuur. Sander van der Streek, Martijn Barto, Jamiro and Stefano Lilipay all got on the scoresheet. Stefan O’Connor wasn’t involved.
