Santi Cazorla, Shkodran Mustafi, Aaron Ramsey, Danny Welbeck, Per Mertesacker. Just some of the players who missed our game at Everton on Tuesday.
The same men will sit out Sunday’s trip to Manchester as well, while Sergio Aguero and Vincent Kompany are the stand-out absentees from the City squad.

In the wake of our defeat at Goodison Park, Arsene Wenger was asked how much we missed Mustafi. Ahead of this weekend’s game, the boss was asked how much City would miss Aguero.
Frankly, Wenger is more concerned about the players who are available.
“In football when you lose a game, the guys who are not there are always the heroes,” he said.
“We have many big players who have not played big games, and we have to look at the performances of the players who were on the pitch and we have to analyse why we lost this game after being 1-0 in front. That’s why you have to be realistic and not cry too much about people who were not there.
“[As for City] I don’t deny that Sergio Aguero is an important player for them but it is part of the season. I cannot feel too sorry about that because it is part of the season.”
