Ozil - who also laid on assists for Theo Walcott and Olivier Giroud over the course of the month - claimed 45 per cent of the votes cast.
Walcott, who also finished in second place in September, claimed 35.8 per cent of the votes cast but was edged out again, with Laurent Koscielny in third.
