Lukas Podolski has agreed a permanent move to Galatasaray for an undisclosed fee.
The Germany International signed for Arsenal from FC Cologne in 2012 and made over 80 appearances for the Gunners, scoring 31 goals in all competitions.
The 30-year-old striker was part of Germany’s World Cup winning squad last summer and has made 125 international appearances. He spent the second half of last season on loan at Inter Milan, making 17 appearances for the Nerazzurri.
The deal is subject to the completion of regulatory processes. Everyone at Arsenal would like to thank Lukas for his contribution to the club and to wish him all the best at Galatasaray.
