Ten thousand Arsenal fans descended on Emirates Stadium on Thursday for Members' Day 2014!
They were in north London to watch the first team train and take part in some exciting activities around the ground.
There was even more going on behind the scenes as the players attended their official photoshoot for the 2014/15 and fulfilled media duties.
Read on for the story of a busy but memorable day...
9.30am
The squad arrived early at Emirates Stadium for their pre-season photoshoot. The players donned the home and away kits for a variety of ‘stations’ where still and video images were captured. Among other places, these will be used on the Arsenal website, programme, international TV show and matchday screens.
10.30am
The turnstiles opened and the fans started to pour in. At 11.30am the players were introduced to the crowd one by one (with the new signings getting a massive cheer when they were brought on at the end) and the boss took them through a normal pre-season training session. However the ending was slightly different…
12.50pm
A team of Junior Gunners took the field for the annual game against the first team. The youngsters took the lead but Wojciech Szczesny equalised (a goal he celebrated by running the length of the pitch). However the JGs ran out 3-1 winners in the end.
1pm
The Community Shield media work began. The boss kicked off with his press conference. Aaron Ramsey and Tomas Rosicky also spoke in front of the TV cameras. Kieran Gibbs and Alex Oxlade-Chamblerain chatted to the written media.
1.30pm
While that was going on, the fans got in on the action. The concourses staged a dribbling challenge, a bungee run, a kick-point game and a speed cage. Other fans listened to legends like Pat Rice and Martin Keown conduct Q&As.
2.40pm
The player Q&As began. More than 20 players were split into three groups in the Woolwich, Royal Oak and Dial Square suites.
3.40pm
As the players’ media work concluded, Members' Day wrapped up with a wonderfully manic drawing competition between three players (Szczesny, Chambers and Gibbs) and three teams of JGs. Can you guess who won?
