Lucas claims an assist for Deportivo

We had four players in action over the weekend for their loan clubs. Scroll down to find out how they got on.

Lucas bagged an assist in Deportivo La Coruna’s 2-2 draw against Levante. The striker set up Adrian Lopez for the opener, before the hosts doubled up on the break through Florin Andone. Late on, however, Levante struck back thanks to Ivi, who netted a brace to salvage a point.

Marc Bola featured for Bristol Rovers in their 3-1 win against Doncaster Rovers. Although the hosts took the lead through John Marquis after just four minutes, goals from Ryan Sweeney, Rory Gaffney and Ellis Harrison ensured that Bristol Rovers  left with the three points, as Bola helped his side to victory with a 90-minute appearance.

Kelechi Nwakali played the full 90 minutes in MVV Maastricht’s 3-1 loss against De Graafschap. Sjoerd Ars put the visitors in front after just five minutes, before doubling up shortly after the half-hour mark. Jonathan Okita pulled a goal back a few moments later, only for De Graafschap to regain their two-goal lead on the stroke of half-time thanks to Fabian Serrarens.

Emiliano Martinez was on the bench for Getafe in their 1-1 draw at Sevilla. Luis Muriel opened the scoring for the hosts after 72 minutes, only for Getafe to strike back with a 90th minute leveller thanks to Angel Rodriguez.
