Internationals: Guendouzi receives senior call-up

Matteo Guendouzi is one of 10 first-team players who will be in action for their countries over the upcoming international break.

Bernd Leno has been named in the Germany squad for their Euro qualifiers against Netherlands in Hamburg on September 6, and Northern Ireland in Belfast on September 9.

Sokratis has been called up to Greece's squad for their Euro qualifiers against Finland in Tampere on September 5, and Lichtenstein in Athens on September 8.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been included in Armenia's squad for their Euro qualifiers against Italy on September 5, and Bosnia & Herzegovina on September 8.

Dani Ceballos has been named in Spain's senior side for their Euro qualifiers against Romania on September 5, and Faroe Islands on September 8.

Lucas Torreira has been called up to Uruguay's squad for their international friendlies against Costa Rica in San Jose on September 6, and USA in Saint Louis on September 10.

Reiss Nelson and Eddie Nketiah have been included in England Under-21s' squad for their Euro qualifiers against Turkey in Izmit on September 6, and Kosovo in Hull on September 9.

Matteo Guendouzi has received his first call-up to the France senior setup, replacing Paul Pogba in Didier Deschamps' side. He will be hoping to win his first cap against Albania in St Denis on September 7, and Andorra on September 10.

Sead Kolasinac has been named in Bosnia & Herzegovina's squad for their Euro qualifiers against Lichtenstein on September 5, and Armenia on September 8.

And Granit Xhaka has been named in Switzerland's squad for their Euro qualifiers against Republic of Ireland in Dublin on September 5, and Gibraltar in Sion on September 8.
