Spanish midfielder Dani Ceballos is joining us on a season-long loan from Real Madrid.
The 22-year-old made 13 La Liga starts for Real Madrid last season.
Head coach Unai Emery said: “We’re excited to see Dani join us. He is a talented player with big technical ability, creativity and precision.”
Dani joined Sevilla's youth system in 2004 at the age of eight, and went on to play for his hometown club, CD Utrera, and completed his development in Real Betis, where he signed his first professional contract in February 2014, while still a junior.
In July 2017, Dani signed for Real Madrid on a six-year deal, making his competitive debut a month later.
The central midfielder is also a Spanish international and won his first cap in September 2018, scoring his first goal for his country two months later.
The highly-rated creator also took part in this summer's European Under-21 Championship, scoring two goals as Spain lifted the trophy.
Dani will be wearing the No 8 shirt and will be available to make his debut at the Emirates Cup this Sunday. Tickets are available here.
