We had to dig deep to secure a point against Southampton on Wednesday night.

Trailing at the interval to Theo Walcott's first-half strike, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang brought us back on level terms with a well-taken finish.

 

But just as we were starting to get on top, Gabriel was sent off for a second bookable offence.

 

But we stood firm, and even came close to claiming all three points at the end when Rob Holding's header hit the crossbar.
