It was an evening of club debuts and star performances as our Gunners cruised to a 3-0 win over Aston Villa in the FA Women’s Continental Tyres League Cup.
The victory came courtesy of a strike from Caitlin Foord and two eye-catching goals from Frida Maanum, who picked up the Player of the Match award on the night. We now head into the semi-finals of the competition to face reigning Conti Cup champions Manchester City.
