Since joining forces with Fantastec SWAP in February, we’re delighted to announce that Arsenal’s digital collectibles are now being swapped in 159 countries!
Arsenal’s players were the first to feature in SWAP, but we’re now joined by Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid on the ground-breaking new app.
SWAP, which is safe and secure thanks to its blockchain technology, allows fans to collect and trade officially licensed player collectibles with varying levels of rarity.
Collectors can build squad albums by downloading free packs, or purchasing packs from the in-app store, and then swapping with fans worldwide to complete their collections.
SWAP has exciting plans for next season with the introduction of real-life rewards – such as discounts and exclusive club opportunities, so there really is an incentive for our fans to be swapping and collecting their favorite players on SWAP.
Whether it’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang doing his favourite dance, Emma Mitchell playing the bagpipes, or Lucas Torreira signing his signature – there’s something for all our fans!
With the end of the season fast approaching, it’s time to fill that summer football void by gathering your friends and swapping your favorite Arsenal stars!

ARSENAL ON SWAP – THE KEY FACTS
- On February 22 SWAP launches with both Arsenal squads
- Danielle van de Donk became the first player to be swapped in 50 countries on March 2
- SWAP hits the bigtime: The app is ranked number 1 in the UK sports app charts on March 31
- On May 15, SWAP spread into 159 countries with over 100,000 digital team assets now collected.
- Arsenal fans love to SWAP: As of May 15, 62% of all traded collectibles are Arsenal players with over 69,000 collectibles live in the app.
- Of these collectibles, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (1,405), Mesut Ozil (1,388) and Henrikh Mkhitaryan (1,365) are the ones that people have kept in their albums the most.
