Emirates Stadium played centre stage on Sunday, as adidas City Runs returned to the streets of London for the first time since the onset of the Coronavirus pandemic.
Delivered in partnership with the club and Islington Council, the innovative ‘one hour’ event saw thousands of runners race the clock as they were challenged to run as far as they could in 60 minutes on the one-mile looped course around our home ground.
Once their time was up, runners entered the stadium to collect their hard-earned medal and post-race refreshments.
A huge thank you to those who raised money for The Arsenal Foundation and congratulations to everyone who took part and made it such a special morning.
