Eddie Nketiah has joined Championship side Leeds United on a season-long loan.

The 20-year-old striker joined the club in 2015 and scored 15 goals in 16 appearances for our under-18s in his first season, as well as 12 goals in 26 appearances for our under-23s.

Eddie made his senior debut in September 2017 in our Europa League match against BATE Borisov, where he came on as an 89th-minute substitute as we won 4–2.

One month later, he featured in the League Cup against Norwich City, where he came on as an 85th-minute substitute and scored after 15 seconds to tie the match. He went on to score the winner in extra-time. He scored his first Premier League goal on the last day of the season at Burnley on May 12, 2019.

Everyone at Arsenal wishes Eddie all the best for his season with Leeds United and we look forward to seeing his continued development.
