Arsenal Double Club: The Invincibles

The Invincibles

Inspired by the double-winning season of 1998, the Arsenal Double Club is our flagship education programme which combines football and learning.

Mirroring the two halves of a game of football, the programme combines a 45-minute classroom session, in which Arsenal related educational resources are used, with a 45-minute football coaching session.

Launched in 1998 initially as a literacy intervention, the programme now incorporates other subjects including numeracy and modern foreign languages. The scheme is normally delivered in local schools and estates, as well as pupil referral units and prisons.

In response to the need for educational materials to support families with home schooling their children, we are delighted to launch our adapted Arsenal Double Club materials that are suitable for use at home, starting with this series of worksheets based on our historic 49-game unbeaten run.

More materials in other subjects will be released in the coming weeks, so follow Arsenal in the Community on Twitter for updates: @AFCCommunity.
