Watch how our Adult and Cannon Members enjoyed their time at the Arsenal Training Centre!
On Tuesday 19th February, thirty Adult and Cannon Members who won a Membership Rewards competition, attended our exclusive behind the scenes training ground tour, led by the one and only Sean O’Connor.
Members also heard from U23’s strength & conditioning coach Noel Carroll and Arsenal Women’s player Tabea Kemme who provided great insight into what it takes to become a professional footballer but also how to maintain and push your body to its maximum potential.
To wrap up the day, Members were invited to watch the First Team Arsenal training session where Unai Emery put the team through their paces and gave Arsenal Members the incredible chance to see the players training in preparation for their match against BATE Borisov.
