With the final game of the Women’s Super League season upon us, Pedro Martinez Losa has already begun his preparations for the next campaign.
Arsenal Ladies host Birmingham at Meadow Park on Sunday in their last league game before they meet again in the Continental Cup semi-finals next weekend.
Reflecting on his first full season with the Gunners, Losa knows the future is bright at the club after a promising campaign.
"If we can improve the little things we will be a lot stronger"
“I think we have the best young players and centre of excellence in the country,” he told Arsenal.com. “You can see England in all the categories having a lot of Arsenal players.
“For me, it has been a good experience to know all about those players. Now it is a question of time to work with those players and give them the opportunity to make them grow into the game and bring the quality here to Meadow Park.
"I think the future is fantastic, there are a lot of people who work very hard behind the scenes, such as managers, directors, development managers, general managers and a lot of people in the office too.
"Now is the moment to plan, to evaluate everybody, starting from me to the players and try to work out what we can do better as a club and if we can improve the little things we will be a lot stronger."
