Arsenal Football Club is delighted to announce ticket details for the forthcoming Emirates Cup 2015, to be played at Emirates Stadium over the weekend of Saturday 25th July and Sunday 26thJuly 2015.
Emirates Cup 2015 will be the eighth staging of the tournament, which has been a regular part of the club’s pre-season schedule since the move to Emirates Stadium.
As in previous years, supporters will enjoy two matches on both Saturday and Sunday, with one ticket giving access to both matches on a particular day.

There are an extremely limited amount of tickets remaining for this event which are now on general sale via our Ticketfast print at home facility. The Arsenal TicketFast facility provides a convenient and secure way of receiving your tickets without waiting for a postal service delivery, by providing supporters the ability to print tickets anytime, anywhere. Each TicketFast ticket will be printed with a unique encrypted barcode, which upon presentation at the turnstile will allow entry. (Booking fees apply)
If any tickets remain on Saturday 25th July 2015 they will be available to purchase in person between 9am-12noon from the South West Ticket Office which is situated next to the Armoury Merchandise store subject to availability.For further information on how the Ticketfast facility works, please see the FAQ’s below.

Please note that paper tickets have been sent to any supporter that purchased tickets after 10am on Wednesday 27th May up until 11am on Tuesday 21st July for the Emirates Cup.
Any overseas bookings that were completed after 12noon on Friday 10th July 2015 onwards will be posted to the stadium and held for collection at the Arsenal South West Kiosk on podium level opposite turnstile S from 11am on both Saturday 25th July and Sunday 26th July 2015.
Current membership cards for the 2014/15 season have been activated for any tickets purchased during the members sale periods for the Emirates Cup 2015.
Paper tickets purchased during the General sale period before 11am on Tuesday 21st July have been dispatched to the lead client’s registered address.
TicketFast FAQ’s
Q. How does TicketFast work?
A. Once the Ticketfast service is enabled simply purchase your ticket(s) and shortly after you will receive your Print at Home ticket.
Q. Which email from the Club contains my TicketFast tickets?
A. After successfully purchasing your tickets during the advertised Ticketfast sale period, you will be sent two emails. The first is your order confirmation email. This email only confirms your order and may not be used for entry into the event. Shortly after, you will receive a second email containing your TicketFast ticket(s) as a PDF attachment. You must open the attachment and print out the ticket(s) for entry into the event.
Q. Do I need any special hardware or software to use Arsenal TicketFast?
A. You probably already have what you need, which is...
A Printer - Any ink-jet or laser printer (colour or black & white with a resolution of 300 dpi or more) is able to print tickets. Use A4 plain white paper for best results. (If you are unsure of your printer's resolution/dpi, check the printer manual)
Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher.
Q. Will this ticket be accepted for entry to the Emirates Stadium?
A. Yes. The ticket that comes out of your printer is a valid, legitimate ticket.
Make sure you keep it in a safe place and protect it just like you would any other ticket!
Q. What if I print more than one copy of my ticket or a photocopy is made?
A. Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be allowed entry.
Make sure you keep it in a safe place and protect it just like you would any other ticket! If more than one copy were to arrive, the barcode scanner within the turnstile will alert the stewards that the ticket has already been used to access the stadium.
Q. What if I cannot print my tickets?
A. Check to make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 <https://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html> or higher.
Make sure your printer is on and the cables are connected to your computer.
Make sure your printer has enough memory available, try closing any unnecessary programs.
Q. What if I did not receive my confirmation email?
A. If you did not receive your confirmation email, please telephone the Arsenal Contact Centre on 020 7619 5000.

Q. What if the background for my tickets prints but not the ticket information ie: event, seats?
A. Try this:
Open the .pdf file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Select File and Print from the top menu.
In the printer window check the box that states "Print As Image", then click OK.
