Any tickets purchased between 11am on Monday 22nd December 2014 to 9am on Wednesday 31st December will be via our TicketFast facility for the above mentioned fixture (please note that no paper tickets will be issued during this period). Supporters will be sent two emails. The first is your order confirmation email. This email only confirms your order and may not be used for entry into the event. Shortly after, you will receive a second email containing your TicketFast ticket(s) as a PDF attachment. You must open the attachment and print out the ticket(s) for entry into the event.

Paper tickets purchased through the Friends and Family service from 10am on Wednesday 17th December 2014 to 10am on Monday 22nd December 2014 will be dispatched to the lead client’s registered address. In the unlikely event that supporters do not receive their tickets, please contact the Box Office on 0207 619 5000 (option 1 for ticketing) from Friday 2nd  January 2015. The lines are open 09.30 to 17.00.

Any overseas tickets purchased via this service will be posted to the Emirates Stadium and held for collection in the lead client name on the day of the fixture at the South West Collection Office situated on podium level opposite turnstile S and will be available to collect up to three hours before kick-off.
