Ravin Shamsi then equalised two minutes later before Isaac Pearce completed Fulham's comeback on the stroke of half-time.
Redford and Luca De La Torre then added two more before Marc Bola turned the ball into his own net at the end of a disappointing afternoon for Arsenal.
