Strikers Daniel Akindayini and William Miller put Spurs into a 2-0 lead but Jack Jebb pulled one back with a header six minutes before half-time.
Cameron Carter-Vickers restored the home side's two-goal cushion in the 50th minute before Miller scored his second on 63 minutes to make it 4-1.
Substitute Jamal Raage scored a consolation for the Gunners in stoppage time but it's now 11 games without a win for Carl Laraman's team.
