Tarum Dawkins struck the game's only goal just after the half hour, while Josh Vickers, Brandon Ormonde-Ottewill, Jack Jebb and Ainsley Maitland-Niles all started.
That quartet are part of Arsenal's NextGen Series squad for this weekend's finals in Lake Como, Italy.
